Desi hip-hop fans, the wait is finally over!!! Mrunal Shankar has finally announced that she will be dropping her upcoming track, “Be Mine” on 5 September, at 11 am. The announcement has caused havoc among fans as this will be Mrunal’s first track to be released after she participated in the hit Indian TV reality show, MTV Hustle.

Mrunal’s upcoming track, “Be Mine”, will also be a collaboration with actor Anuj Sharmma. Considering that this will be her debut single, fans are unable to contain their excitement and many have taken to the comments to share their enthusiasm: “Never been THIS EXCITED for somethingggg And how does she look soooo GORGEOUSSSS loveeee uuuuu”, “Slayyyyy BBG”, “Kya baat hai this one we have to dance on”, “les go”, “I’m happy. Very Happy.”, “Mrunal Shankar complete artist and performer love you!”, “Mrunal definitely slayed hardd in this one”, “Can’t wait”.

Mrunal has previously asked fans to be patient with her as she promised that she will release new music when the time is right. On her Instagram Story, she posted in the context of her rap reels getting lesser engagement: “Isiliye rush nahi krri gaane daalne me. Logo ka jyada dhyaan toh bakchodi par hai, gaane par nahi..” (this is why I do not rush when posting new music. People care more about useless stuff, not music) and “Gaane ayenge par apne samay par. Mujhe taunt marne se wo jaldi nahi aanewale.” (new songs will come in the right time. They won’t be released early by rushing me). 

Initially rising to fame after participating in the hit Indian reality show MTV Hustle, Mrunal Shankar was one of the first female participants to make it to the finals. Captivating the judges through her realistic lyrics and energetic performance, she garnered massive attention for her ability to engage and command the audience’s attention. Her hit track “Ameeri” which she performed in the show received massive support from the judges and was a hit among the fans.
