In an exciting turn of events, desi hip-hop fans around the globe are shaking with excitement as Bohemia, one of the most renowned and revered rappers in DHH, has announced an upcoming world tour in various locations around the globe. 

Often considered as one of the pioneers in the scene of Desi hip-hop, Bohemia is well-known for his contribution to making the genre a more global form of music. On 19 July he took to his social media platforms to announce the tour dates for his upcoming World Tour, “Rap Star Reloaded”. While only 9 countries have been added to the tour so far, the rapper hinted that a few more countries might be added later. He captioned the post: “I can’t wait to see you all and perform my New LIVE Show set for you! More countries may be added! Mention your “city” below & your “favorite song” you wanna see me perform Live! With luv n respect, see yall very soon. – B”.

Till now, the nine countries that he has been set to perform are— the USA in August, Dubai in September, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and  Malaysia in October, Singapore in November, the UK in November and Pakistan in December. While fans of Desi hip-hop are brimming with excitement, Indian fans feel otherwise. Many are quite upset that this legendary rapper is not set to perform in India and have taken to comment sections to request his presence to get the opportunity to watch his live performance. 

Known for his charming stage presence and his interactive nature that often captivates his audience, this will be the rapper’s first world tour after the release of his 7th album consisting of 10 tracks, “Rap Star Reloaded”, which was released on 19 April. As fans all over the globe are excited to see this legendary rapper perform live, others wait to see if their country will be added to the tour list.
