EMIWAY BANTAI HAS DROPPED HIS LATEST EP “sPEAK”

Desi hip-hop fans, Emiway Bantai has finally decided to give fans what they want and drop his latest EP “sPEAK”. The EP consists of 4 tracks, all of which are by Emiway Bantai and each of which are works of art.

On 14 July, Emiway Bantai dropped all 4 tracks in his latest EP, “sPEAK” — “The End”, “Evil=Evil”, “Gani Bhai” and “Elevate”. Each track is unique and the rapper has spoken his heart out. Since its release, each of the tracks has trended on YouTube.

In the first track “The End”, Emiway starts by taking a jab at all the people who keep on haunting with the same recurring questions, “Where is Emiway?”, “Why does Emiway not release new music?” or “Where did Emiway disappear to?”. Written by Emiway Bantai and produced by Abyss, in this track, the rapper has talked about how he is competing with himself and that this is the end. But there is a controversy attached to this track. Many desi hip-hop fans have accused Emiway of copying the American rapper NF.

The next track, “Evil=Evil”, can only be described as excellent. It is a conversational track between Emiway and what seems to be the evil voice in his head, his inner demon. The track focuses on how humans have both good and evil within them and how there are times when evil makes us do things that we might not do otherwise. It speaks about the inner turmoil within the rapper. While he is no longer willing to walk the path of evil and hate, the evil voice in his head keeps prompting him to walk that way.

The third track, “Gani Bhai” has the signature Emiway vibes. From his delivery to the flow to the lyrics and catchy hook, everything screams Emiway Bantai. Written by Emiway and produced by Meemax, this track focuses on how the hard work and pulling all-nighters have changed his life and those around him. He also has made a throwback to KR$NA and Raftaar.

The last track, “Elevate”, is more on the softer side than the rest. This track focuses on the need for people to elevate themselves. Written by Emiway himself and produced by Meemax and Emiway, this song talks about the need for love when it comes to success.

Overall, this is an excellent comeback EP and fans of Desi hip-hop are over the moon. Since its release, it has also trended on YouTube.
